I was featured in this animal-based pregnancy film by Heart and Soil!

Last summer, Heart and Soil Supplements sent out their amazing film crew to my house to film for an animal-based pregnancy mini-documentary! I shared my stories of my nourished pregnancies alongside two other mothers while I prepared lamb hearts to marinade for my dear friend who was newly postpartum.

Side note: The recipe for the lamb heart stew I made is included in my Resilient Motherhood Recipe Collection!!
