We’ll review what’s working for you or what has worked for you in the past and why. I may inquire deeply about your menstrual cycle history, digestion, skin, emotional health and more. This is where I listen-in closely to your story and identify key areas where you can make improvements.
Recommendations and Coaching
This is where I’ll give you specific recommendations ranging from food, exercise, herbs, supplements, lifestyle habits, sleep, sunlight and so much more.
Sometimes this may include meal planning (if desired) or consulting about ordering functional testing.
Collaboration
You are 100% in control of the direction you’d like to take your health-care efforts. My recommendations are always suggestions based on my clinical and personal experience and review of the evidence, scientific, traditional and anecdotal.Together we will agree on a plan based on what resonates with you and what needs and goals are of utmost priority.

Because insurance companies are always changing their coverage and criteria for what they consider “necessary”, I want more for you and for me.
Working independent of insurance companies, allows us the freedom to provide individualized care; care that isn’t dictated by your insurance provider. Working with me, you have the freedom to have as many visits as you need to reach your goals.
If you would like to seek insurance reimbursement after paying for our visits, please let me know in advance and I can send you an itemized superbill with the appropriate codes for each visit.

I have over 7 years of experience working with all kinds of cases and conditions outside of the motherhood spectrum from children, men’s health and peri-menopause, to IBS, hypothyroid, autoimmunity and food intolerances, however I personally find the most fulfillment serving women on their motherhood journeys.
If we’ve worked together before or if I have availability in my schedule, I may welcome non-hormone/fertility/pregnancy/postpartum visits on a case-by-case basis.

Having healed myself from chronic nutrient deficiencies and blood sugar imbalances that accompanied my 7-year vegetarian diet, I have witnessed the tremendous impact an animal-based diet can have on hormone health.
Recognizing the critical need for nutrient replenishment and healing when following this type of diet, I am willing to work with you if you follow a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet (meaning you eat eggs and dairy) but cannot ethically support clients following a vegan diet.
In our visits, I will educate, without restraint but with sensitivity, on all the foods that can serve you on your healing journey and will leave it up to you to determine what your acceptable food boundaries will be.
