Hi I’m Anisa Woodall.

Holistic Certified Nutritionist, mother of two, and a guide for women who are ready to enter pregnancy on a strong, clear, and deeply nourished foundation.

Since 2015, I’ve been helping women reclaim their vitality and prepare for motherhood in a way that actually feels aligned — rooted in nourishment, not restriction. I’ve walked this path myself, unlearning what the system told me about women’s bodies, and relearning what it means to trust my own.

When I think back to the time when I struggled with my hormones, I experienced debilitating period pain, massive sugar cravings, draining fatigue, non-existent libido, and so much more, I know just how frustrating the symptoms of hormone imbalances can be! And when you desperately want a child, those feelings can be compounded!

Before my first pregnancy, I restored my health from years of depletion using ancestral nutrition, cycle awareness, and deep listening to my body’s wisdom. That clarity led me to confidently carry and birth both my babies at home — one with midwives, the other in a fully sovereign birth.

Throughout my own journey to adopt the mindset of a Resilient Mother, I learned how to weave intuition and my understanding of female physiology to optimize my fertility and that of my clients.

  • Part of why I created my course was because there was so much to teach about the foundations that I couldn’t fit it all into my 1:1 sessions! I truly believe the quality of my coaching sessions will be so much more enhanced when you can take in this information on your own time outside of our sessions.

    If you experience more severe hormone imbalances or other healing expressions like PCOS, Endometriosis, hypothyroidism, prior infertility, or a history of pregnancy complications or pregnancy loss, I would highly recommend enrolling in my course and 3 month coaching bundle.

    Doing the 1:1 coaching bundle would be helpful if you want help personalizing the information I teach in my Resilient Motherhood course, wanted functional lab testing, wanted personalized meal plans, and/or needed additional accountability to making the changes I recommend in the course.

  • This is not a course exclusively for those struggling with infertility. This is a course on how to build the foundations for a healthy pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

    So whether your menstrual cycles are within normal ranges or currently irregular or whether you’re struggling with infertility or not, this course is for you.

    In Resilient Motherhood, I teach you how to know exactly what normal looks like and what red flags to look out for. And for those who have irregular cycles, I give suggestions and recommendations for directions of self-treatment but if you'd like my specific opinion on your personal case, the coaching bundle would be for you!

  • There is so much in this course that would still apply if you were already pregnant!

    Many of the diet recommendations would remain the same with the exception of making some tweaks to manage potential pregnancy symptoms. And on that note, included as a BONUS for paying in full is also a lesson and meal plan on navigating first trimester changes (among other bonuses)!

  • The 3-4 months leading up to ovulation is a CRITICAL period where you have direct impact on the quality of the eggs you release. If you are planning to freeze your eggs, don’t you want to give yourself the best chance possible by freezing your eggs at their peak of health whenever you are ready to have a child?

    Everything I teach in my Resilient Motherhood method can prepare you to freeze your healthiest eggs possible.

  • Intentional, nutrition and lifestyle preparation in the preconception period only supports your overall fertility, whether you’re doing fertility treatments or not.

    If you are using your own eggs to conceive, these changes will improve overall egg quality. If you are using your own frozen eggs, the recommendations in this course will only optimize your chances of carrying a healthy pregnancy.

  • Though at a surface level I believe optimizing your health and fertility will only support a healthy pregnancy, personally, I do not support a woman choosing to be a surrogate. Doing so would contradict the very nature of the mother-baby relationship and connection that I teach about.

    To be brief, surrogacy normalizes women selling their bodies for money, another form of prostitution and severs the maternal-infant bond that begins at conception. Please do not purchase this course if you plan to be a surrogate.

  • Depending on the quality of your diet, outcomes of your prior pregnancy, duration of breastfeeding and several other factors, pregnancy and breastfeeding can significantly deplete a woman’s nutrient stores.

    Many couples effortlessly conceive on their first try then struggle with subsequent pregnancies due to these reasons. I would recommend following the recommendations in this course prior to every pregnancy, as I did.

  • Yes! I dive into both PCOS and Endo, among other healing expressions in my course. I explain the underlying contributing factors to common symptoms and hormonal presentations and give actionable steps to take to bring YOUR body back into balance.

    Enrolling in the 1:1 coaching option will be the best so I can walk with you step by step on this journey.

  • Yes! Because most of my experience is in serving women, I speak to you as the woman in my course but encourage your husband or partner to tune-in to relevant lessons. Most of what I teach will apply to both men and women, but there are some specific recommendations or precautionary measures that I give for men only.

    One exception is the module where we dive into understanding the menstrual cycle and using your fertility signs to your advantage, although it would likely serve him (and your marriage) to understand your physiology a little better ;)

    I also have included my recommended supplements to support male fertility in the Supplement Guide and have included a Male Fertility supplement protocol for ease of use.
